Do you have more stuff than you have time?
Our Valet Tagging program is designed for people just like you! We are able to offer this program on a first-come, first-served basis so sign up now. This is a great solution for busy moms, those who feel overwhelmed by the consignor process, or those who are out-of-town during sale week!
How does it work?
- You hand over your gently used, sale-ready kid's items to a local, fellow JBF consignor.
- They will prep, tag, and drop your items off at the sale for you.
- You will pick up any unsold items at the end of the sale, or choose to donate them to our charity partner, Chosen Ones.
- You get paid!
What are the benefits?
- Sell your items without doing much work.
- Get the expertise of one of our experienced consignors who has knowledge of the JBF quality standards and pricing "sweet spots."
- The piles of clothes and toys disappear from your home!
- You don't have to worry about bringing your items during drop-off.
- You and a guest get to shop early during our consignor shopping times.
How much do you make?
- Valet consignors earn 40% profit on all sold items!
How much are the fees?
- Each consignor is required to pay the $12 consignor fee.
- There will be a $20 supply fee paid up-front that covers supplies for up to 200 items. An additional $5 will be charged per additional 50 items (rounded up). The supply fee covers hangers, safety pens, tagging barbs, cardstock, painter's tape, ziplock bags, tie wraps, ink, etc.
- A separate battery fee of $1.00 will be charged for every battery the tagger must supply. This can be easily avoided by ensuring your items have working batteries prior to dropping your items off with the tagger.
- "No Thank You" fees may be charged for items not on our accepted items list or that do not meet JBF quality standards. No fee is charged if you have 5 or fewer "No Thank You" items. However, each item rejected after the 5th item will incur a $0.25 fee. It is NOT the responsibility of the tagger to separate acceptable and non-acceptable items nor is it their responsibility to clean your items for you. If 25 or more items are rejected by the tagger, the tagger has the option to reject the entire job and your consignor fee and initial supply fee will not be refunded.
